Dear Parents:
As we prepare for the coming year, we would like to take this opportunity to share some pertinent information with you.
OPENING DAY
|
Four-year-old class (5 Days) will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011.
Three-year-old class will begin on Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011.
Four-year old class (3 Days) will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011 |
SESSIONS
|
Four year olds (5 day) - Monday to Friday
8:30 AM to 11:00 AM
Four year olds (3 Day) - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
12:00 PM to 2:30 PM
Three year olds - Thursday, Friday
12:00 AM to 2:00 PM

DROP-OFF & PICK-UP
|
Please wait at the top of the stairs until it is time for the teacher to escort the children either into or out of the classroom. For the safety of the children, please park in designated spots only. |
BIRTHDAYS
|
Birthday treats are always welcomed! We only ask for a few days notice and that the food is kept simple. |
ROOM MOTHERS
|
If anyone is willing to help as a room mother (coordinating the class parties), please let us know by September 16th. |
CLASS PARTIES
|
You will be assigned a Holiday Party by one of the room mothers. There will be at least two mothers per party. A special snack and small goody bag with a seasonal favor is sufficient. |
PAPER PRODUCTS
|
The school will provide a snack for the children but it would be very helpful if you would donate the following paper products:
- Fours – ( 5 Days) – 5 packages (100 count) 5 oz. paper cups (no plastic please)
- Fours – (3 Days) – 4 packages napkins
- Threes – 3 boxes of tissues and 2 (3 roll) paper towels

CLOSING

You will be notified by phone if school is going to be closed. |
